STARR PET SITTING LLC CLIENT/SERVICE CONTRACT

  • Payment Method. The Client has the option to pay daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and/or monthly. The client also has the option to pay half of the discussed amount before or morning of service date and pay the remaining balance on the morning of the end date of service or the full amount before or morning of service. 

      -    Accepted payment methods: Cash, chech, cash app, zelle, venmo, paypal (I can send an invoice and         you will have the option to use a credit/debit card), and apple pay. *If you decide to use a check to pay for        services then please make the check payable to “Starr Pet Sitting LLC”.

 

  *The Policy: Please ask Lavina (the owner) for specific pricing details if you are unsure. Boarding/Daycare is for SMALL breed dogs only, dog walks/drop in visits are for all dog breeds and pets including but not limited to cats, birds, bunny rabbits, guinea pigs/hamsters, fish, and small reptiles.

  • Boarding/daycare: There is a $10 additional fee added to the service charge if dropped off for overnights before 6pm and/or $10 additional added to the service charge if picked up after 2pm. 

​

  • Daycare: It is $10 additional for every hour extended after 6pm for daycare up until 10pm (daycare ends at 6pm). 

​

  • Daycare: Starts no earlier than 7am.

​

  • All services: There is a $15 fee for same day service requests (services that are not booked in advance and if I am available).

​

  • All services: There is a $20 up charge for major holidays/holiday weekends

​

  • Walks/Visits: I only do  30 min visits at this time. 

​

  • All services: I have 2 assistants in total on my team: (My mother  Lavora helps me with the pets at home: which is boarding and daycare.  My father Herbert helps me with visits/walks. 

​

  • Miscellaneous: Please allow me up to 24 hours for me to respond to your request, that does not mean message me on multiple platforms or call/text numerous times; that will result in me taking longer to respond to all requests.

  • Boarding/Daycare Clients:  Please make sure that your pet is up to date on all vaccinations before booking your service. Also please make sure your pet is at least bathed if not groomed professionally before booking your service. Thank you kindly :)

  • I DO NOT walk dogs in bad weather such as  pouring rain and/or thunderstorms/snow storms or when it’s icy out... Light rain/light snow, I will continue to work.

  • Cancellation Policy: Boarding/house sitting ONLY: Their is at least a 25% deposit required to book your request. IF I DO NOT RECEIVE A DEPOSIT, YOU DO NOT HAVE THOSE DATES. If you decide to cancel a booking request 24-48 hours before the booking starts and not at the 72 hour mark or sooner, then that  will result in forfeiting your initial 25% deposit because of the last minute cancellation. I want to ensure that time/space is not being misused. BUT…If the client must cancel, it has to be at least 72 hours or sooner before the start date of the booking request to receive a full refund.
